Winemaking: Long fermentation and maceration in contact with the grape marc to extract the maximum phenolic potential of the grapes. Natural antioxidants are extracted. Refined in barriques for 6 months and in bottle for 18 months.
Wine Tasting: Purple red colour. To the nose scents of coffee and overripe fruit. To the taste a strong and soft tannin can be perceived. Very elegant, persistent warm and intense. Honest.
At the beginning of the last century the geographic appellations had not been invented yet. Nevertheless, in the countryside the certification already existed: it was the family's name. The wine made by Tr’sc’là”, aged in oak barrels without added sulfites is obtained from the ancient wisdom of transforming healthy grapes into honest wine. 300 bottles a year with a label realised completely by hand to make the opening of each bottle a unique experience.
