Appellation: Marche Chardonnay IGT
Vitigno: 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Soft pressing and cold decanting of the must. Alcoholic fermentation at 15°C. The winery is intoxicated by its smell of peaches and apples at the beginning of September. Refined in steel with fine lees.
Wine tasting: Straw yellow with a greenish tint. Varietal flavours can be perceived with scents of exotic fruit and white flowers. To the taste it's warm, soft quite fresh; a wine with great structure.

An foreign tourist falling in love with Offida and its countryside... Despite being an international grape variety, it finds an ideal home on the clayey slopes of Piceno. The North exposure in the fresh air of the valley bottom allows this wine to express the scents of springs at its best.
