Appellation: Marche Bianco IGT
Grape variety: a combination of the traditional varieties of our territory: Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino e Malvasia.
Winemaking: traditional winemaking in white with fermentation of the must clean of impurities, racking after the fermentation has already happened; refining in steel.
Wine Tasting: a good "everyday" wine, perfect to consistently accompany meals thanks to its simplicity to the taste; straw yellow, fermentation notes to the nose and simply balanced in the mouth.
