Grape variety: 100% Malvasia
Winemaking: winemaking in red of white grapes. That is the maceration and fermentation of white grapes with their skins for a week. After fermentation, the wine is cleaned and is ready to be enjoyed.
Wine tasting: A charged straw yellow, to the nose it's possible to feel the aroma of Malvasia. To the taste it's a rustic wine due to the peculiar winemaking process, it presents with pronounced tastes and great structure.
Malvasia is a grape variety that used to be very present in our countryside, now the hectares where Malvasia is cultivated have largely decreased. With this wine we want to honour the wine history of our territory. For this reason malvasia is worked in the same way as our ancestors used to do it, thus producing a wine that today is called "orange", hiding an ancient way of winemaking behind a modern name.
