Appellation: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Variety: Typical olive varieties from the Marche region, mostly Leccino but also Frantoio and Carboncella
Molitura: the olives are manually harvested and transported to the oil mill to be processed within 48 hours. The oil is obtained exclusively via mechanical processes while trying to maintain a low temperature and, in doing so, preserving all the polyphenols.
Tasting: Hints of fruit with almond notes on the nose. Sweet tasting with subtle and balanced bitter and spicy notes.
