Appellation: Vino Bianco
Grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Passerina
Winemaking: traditional winemaking in white. However the fermentation is interrupted before the exhaustion of the sugars with the aim of presenting a product with residual sugars, thus making this wine very sweet.
Degustazione: soft straw yellow colour, to the nose we can appreciate the aromas of fermentation such as banana, white flowers and fruit. To the taste, its youth makes the experience intoxicating: sweetness and freshness.
Available for a short period of time, it represents the first white produce of harvest. For this reason we named it after Saint Martino's day: November 11th, in other words 11/11. Saint Martino is, historically, the day when new wines are tasted for the first time, fresh from harvest. On Saint Martino's day every must becomes wine right away!
